Services

With the vast majority of our clients, we work on the basis of a maintenance agreement. We have found, over the years, most agents and property managers prefer a written agreement rather than a fixed contract, though both options are available. The advantage to property managers with a maintenance agreement is a month’s notice of termination by either party which means the agreement isn’t fixed into a contract for months after a change of circumstances.
